Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the ‘Bulmers Light Taste of Dublin’ promotion. Claim and entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion including without limitation the Administrator. No purchase necessary. Full name, valid email address and internet access required.

To be eligible to enter the draw, customers must scan the QR code on POS in participating stores. Max 1 entry per day will be accepted. Additional entries that exceed this will be disqualified and any allocated prize will not be fulfilled. This will be monitored via the email address used upon entry. Participating retailers: Supervalu and Centra.

Prize Pool is made up of 3 x VIP Trips to Taste of Dublin. Each prize package includes:

‍a.     2 x VIP tickets to Taste of Dublin on Saturday 14th June 2025 for the afternoon session which runs from 12pm – 4.30pm.
b.    Tickets are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
c.     €150 allocation per prize winner for travel to/from Dublin for the event.
d.    1 night stay based on 2 people sharing in a 4-star hotel in Dublin city centre including bed and breakfast for Saturday 14th June 2025.
e.    €200 per prize winner as a contribution for food/refreshments required during their trip.
f.     Winner must respond to email sent by theAdministrator accepting their prize within 3 days, if a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of the date of the prize confirmation email being sent or is ineligible, that winner will lose the right to claim the prize and the prize will be reallocated to the prize pool. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are the winner.  

Winners will be selected by random prize draw once the competition has closed.

No cash or other alternative reward or prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward or prize of equal or greater value.  

It is the responsibility of each participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their Reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects claim of their reward. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

Customers who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, at any stage. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation which is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. You can contact the Administrator via bulmersireland@custodian.ie. As part of the Administrators standard SLA’s, please allow up to 3 working days for a response.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling all prizes. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of the promotion, unless the consent of the participants has been obtained. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be stored for up to 3 months from the promotion end date, after which it will deleted. Personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.

These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland. Any disputes must be referred to the Irish courts.
